BOLTS – Buildsoft Online Tendering System is an Internet program that greatly improves the tendering process. It allows bill of quantities, documents, plans, quotes and other tender information to be exchanged between prime contractors, subcontractors and suppliers. It is based on the traditional well-proven manual system but speeds and assists by organizing and automating tasks.

BOLTS then allows you to compare the various quotes in sections that are alike, and to make final selections when the job has closed. The quote information obtained through BOLTS can be downloaded into your Buildsoft Global Estimating, or another program, for the final management review process.
